- Price – make sure the home you select is within your budget. If your buying a house with a bank loan, make sure you get pre-qualified from a bank before looking, so you know how much you can afford. If you are renting a home, make sure you remember to include the utility bills in your budget(power, water, cable, internet, trash, etc)
- Location – The right location can make your commute to work shorter or give you a nice view. Whatever your needs may be, it is one of the most important decisions, in finding a home. A good real estate agent will be able to assess your needs and find the right location for you
- Neighborhood – Whether you are looking for a quiet neighborhood, or a family friendly neighborhood, Guam has it all. In general Guam is a safe place to live, its just a matter of what you like.
- Utility Rates – Utility rates can differ quite a bit between different homes. Roof coating, appliances, fixtures, altitude, layout & altitude can greatly affect your utility rate greatly.
